Meeting with a counselor prior to beginning ketamine psychotherapy is an essential part in ensuring the treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. A counselor can help you explore your mental health history, identify your goals for therapy, and assess whether KAP is an appropriate option for you. This preparation allows you to establish trust, clarity, expectations, and develop strategies to integrate the insights and emotional shifts that may arise during the session. By addressing any concerns, setting intentions, and creating a supportive framework beforehand, you increase the likelihood of achieving meaningful, lasting results while safeguarding your emotional well being. 

Medical Evaluation $300.00

Clients will meet virtually with a medical provider. Meeting with our medical team will ensure your safety and suitability for the treatment. At this time discussions will be had about identifying any underlying medical conditions or concerns. An evaluation also reviews current mediations, allergies and substance use which helps prevent dangerous interactions or side effects. In addition, it allows the medical provider to determine the correct dosage and monitor for any contradictions. This step not only protects your physical health but also lays the foundation for a safe and effective therapeutic experience. 

4- 2 hour psychotherapy sessions $350.00 per session -Total $1400.00

During a KAP session the client typically moves through a structured process designed to  to maximize safety, comfort, and therapeutic benefits. A session will begin with setting intentions for the session, and ensure the client feels physically and emotionally safe. The environment is calm, comfortable and free from distractions. After the Ketamine begins to take effect, the client will notice shifts in perception, sensations of lightness, visual imagery or a sense of detachment from ordinary thought patterns. The therapeutic exploration begins with the therapist being a gentle guide, helping the client explore thoughts,  feelings, or memories that may arise. Upon conclusion of the session, the client gradually reconnects with their ordinary state of consciousness, the therapist will support the client through grounding exercises, breathing or gentle conversations. Following the session the client will meet virtually with a life coach to discuss intentions, process emotions that emerged and set goals for the following session.
